Meet Kate: Your Wellness Coach

My own journey has been shaped by setbacks and injuries, driving a need to pause and reassess what's going on internally - physically, mentally and spiritually. 

And with an academic background in Biology, I found my passions and life experiences combine to create a space that empowers women, to age well, through yoga and fitness.
