We blend higher heart-rate cardio, light impact training, and resistance work to lift, define, and sculpt the entire body.

Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) & Hypopressives
Rebuild Your Core from the Inside Out
Your ability to stabilise your spine and pelvis, protect your internal organs and support your posture rely on your deepest core muscles. Low Pressure Fitness uses a breath-hold (or apnea) called Hypopressives, to create an internal vacuum that strengthens the core and can alleviate symptoms of prolapse, incontinence and diastasi recti.
I offer in-person consultations and workshops in Bath and Wiltshire to improve breathing patterns, help restore this deep core connection, build strength and confidence, whatever your starting place.
