Meet Kate: Your Guide to Fierce Ageing
Anatomy-Led Yoga & Movement in Bath and Wiltshire
Yoga has been the consistent thread in my life, anchoring me through a high-pressure corporate marketing career, the journey of motherhood, and the reality of physical injury. Over the last decade, my passion for science-driven movement has evolved into a methodology of connected movement—one that perfectly balances functional strength with deep, restorative stillness.
Empowering the Female Body
I am passionate about supporting women through life’s most transformative stages. Whether you are navigating post-natal recovery, perimenopausal hormonal changes, or the journey of healthy ageing, my goal is to empower you to take full ownership of your health and fitness.
Movement and breathwork were vital to my own rehabilitation after a serious elbow break and pelvic floor dysfunction. These experiences taught me that we don't just "bounce back"—we build back better. I want to motivate other women to age fiercely, take up space, and overcome the challenges of ageing with grace and resilience.
Foundational Training & Science-Driven Methods
My teaching is deeply influenced by industry leaders who prioritise anatomical integrity:
HIIT Yoga & Fascial Movement
Studied with Sadie Nardini, creator of Core Vinyasa Yoga and the Yoga Shred to bring together the benefits of yoga and fitness. Movement inspired by Tom Myers of Anatomy Trains and the HiiT protocol developed by Dr Izumi Tabata at the National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Tokyo.
Certified in 2025 as an LPF Coach, under Alexa Marine, Master Coach and Head of LPF UK. Training in a system developed by Tamara Riel, who studied the clinical application of hypopressives and brought this theraputic technique to the fitness space. Heavily inspired by the work of Dr Marcel Caufriez in the 1980s who rehabilitated postpartum women through abdominal vacuums.

Anatomy & Adjustments
Inspired by the expertise of Bath-based yoga guru Diane Lee, with over 25 years of teaching experience and an expert in adjustments, anatomy, spiritual development and massage. Her work is based on training with world-renowned yoga teachers - Ana Forrest, David Swenson and Shiva Rea.
I earned my RYT 200-hour certification in 2013 with Allie Hill, the founder of Yoga Haven, with six studios across the UK, a teacher with clients including Premier Football Clubs, an expansion into health food, and a continued commitment to share the power of yoga, by training over 1000 teachers, for wellbeing.

Enjoy the Journey
I believe that "serious" science doesn't have to mean a "serious" atmosphere. My teaching style is fun, motivational, and grounded. I encourage my students to listen to their bodies, find the discipline to progress, and always have a laugh along the way.
